Sales Manager Opening – Electronics Recycling and Data Risk Management:

Responsibilities Include:
- Develop, train and lead a highly energized, focused and motivated sales team
- Create innovative marketing and sales strategies
- Identify key target account opportunities and execute a strategic sales process
- Develop sales materials and presentations
- Report sales data and business development activities to management
- Develop custom solutions, conduct on-site presentations, prepare proposals and negotiate terms
- Build key relationships and develop account growth strategies
- Provide high level service and develop accountability for customer satisfaction

Skills/Qualifications:
- 5+ year's sales MANAGEMENT experience LEADING A SALES TEAM
- Demonstrated ability to manage, train and motivate staff
- Ability and experience dealing with C-level executives in a very competitive environment
- Proficiency managing sales using Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency in fulfilling business objectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities
