Open Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Include:
- Serves as primary customer contact for routine matters
- Analyze and rectify customer account related issues
- Coordinate special projects, pick-ups and delivery of materials as necessary
- Maintain and/or update customer records.
- Responds to customer requests and we inquiries regarding technical details, service, products and account information
- Communicate client needs to appropriate Hesstech management and department supervisors.
- Advise existing clients about new services that may be beneficial
- Develop and grow relationship with clients and understand their changing needs

Skills/Qualifications:
- 4 year College Degree
- 2+ year's customer service experience managing
- Posses strategic planning skills and ability to perform tactically
- Discipline and drive to follow-through and satisfactorily resolve any customer issues
- Demonstrate ability to gain an in-depth knowledge of HESSTECH systems and procedures
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills to manage diverse and concurrent opportunities
- Must be a fast paced, highly motivated self -starter and able to excel with little supervision
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities
- MUST have computer proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office AND SalesForce or similar CRM
- Confidence and ability to do what it takes to outperform the competition
