Open Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serves as primary customer contact for routine matters
  • Analyze and rectify customer account related issues
  • Coordinate special projects, pick-ups and delivery of materials as necessary
  • Maintain and/or update customer records.
  • Responds to customer requests and we inquiries regarding technical details, service, products and account information
  • Communicate client needs to appropriate Hesstech management and department supervisors.
  • Advise existing clients about new services that may be beneficial
  • Develop and grow relationship with clients and understand their changing needs

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 4 year College Degree
  • 2+ year's customer service experience managing
  • Posses strategic planning skills and ability to perform tactically
  • Discipline and drive to follow-through and satisfactorily resolve any customer issues
  • Demonstrate ability to gain an in-depth knowledge of HESSTECH systems and procedures
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills to manage diverse and concurrent opportunities
  • Must be a fast paced, highly motivated self -starter and able to excel with little supervision
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities
  • MUST have computer proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office AND SalesForce or similar CRM
  • Confidence and ability to do what it takes to outperform the competition
